This workshop shows you exactly how to use ChatGPT and other tools to save time, sharpen your messaging and boost marketing output. Participants will take part in 1-2 hands-on activities to practise these skills, and we’ll look at other AI tools worth adding to your toolkit.

Learning Outcomes

By the end of this workshop, participants will be able to:

  • Use ChatGPT confidently as a productivity and marketing tool
  • Write effective, brand-aligned prompts tailored to arts and venue marketing
  • Draft, edit and repurpose show copy, social media content and eDMs efficiently
  • Brainstorm marketing campaign ideas, taglines and audience-engagement strategies using AI
  • Summarise marketing data or reports into clear insights for teams and stakeholders
  • Build and customise a basic CustomGPT for your own marketing needs
  • Identify where AI tools – including ChatGPT, Copilot and others – can support and streamline your marketing processes
  • Apply practical skills through hands-on exercises that reinforce real-world use
