When & where is WA Showcase?
WA Showcase 2026 will take place from Tuesday 4 – Friday 7 August at Subiaco Arts Centre.

Who can attend WA Showcase?
WA Showcase is open to artists, producers, presenters, venue and technical staff, and tertiary students from the performing arts sector in Western Australia, with over 200 delegates from across the state attending.
Who will I meet at WA Showcase?
Bringing together 200+ delegates from across Western Australia, WA Showcase is attended by presenters, venue managers and staff, producers, artists, arts marketers, and students.
You can view the CircuitWest Members List to see who will likely be in attendance. The full delegate list will be made available to everyone who registers closer to WA Showcase 2026.

REGISTRATION
When do registrations open and close?
Registrations are currently closed. WA Showcase 2025 registrations opened on Tuesday 3 June and closed on Monday 7 July.
Early Bird registrations for WA Showcase 2026 will open in June.
What registrations types are available for WA Showcase?
There are a range of registration types available depending on how much you plan to attend and whether you are a CircuitWest member, independent artist, student, or organisation. Check out the Registration page for more info.
Can I do a group registration?
Group bookings will be available when registering four (4) or more delegates. The full details on registrations and pricing will be available on the Registration page when they open in June.
Which days should I register for?
To get the most out of WA Showcase we recommend attending as much as possible. Pitching and professional development sessions will be spread across all four days.

What are the Pinnacle Awards?
The Pinnacle Awards are an evening of acknowledgement and recognition, celebrating excellence in the WA performing arts sector. Winners of the annual Producer of the Year, Presenter of the Year and People’s Pinnacle will be announced at the awards.

In 2026, the Pinnacle Awards Ceremony & Function will take place on Tuesday 4 August, starting from 5:30pm. Be sure you’ve registered for the full event or purchased a ticket for the Pinnacle Awards to ensure you can attend.
How do I pitch my show at WA Showcase?
Applications to pitch at WA Showcase 2026 will open on Monday 2 March from 10am. All the information you need to know is available on the Pitching page.
