We are seeking two part-time Audience Development Coordinators to support and grow audiences for First Nations performing arts across Western Australia. The complementary roles will work together to deliver a multi-year Audience Development Strategy (2026 – 2028), funded by Creative Australia.

ABOUT THE ROLES
The Audience Development Coordinator, Regional Engagement will provide targeted support to regional partner venues, offering guidance on audience development, stakeholder and community engagement, and locally relevant First Nations initiatives.

The Audience Development Coordinator, Sector Development & Evaluation will focus on evaluating the Audience Development Strategy, creating practical resources, coordinating cultural protocol training, and supporting the development of a best-practice First Nations Audience Development Framework to be shared across the sector.
