We’re looking for two part-time Audience Development Coordinators to help grow and connect audiences with First Nations performing arts across Western Australia.
In these roles, you’ll help grow and connect audiences with First Nations performing arts-working closely together to deliver a state-wide Audience Development Program (2026 – 2028). You’ll build relationships, support communities to engage with the arts, and help ensure First Nations stories are seen, heard and celebrated.
These are part-time roles, offering flexible and negotiable working arrangements. It’s a chance to do meaningful work, while building your skills and growing your career in arts and audience development.

ABOUT THE ROLES
The Audience Development Coordinator, Regional Engagement will provide targeted support to regional partner venues, offering guidance on audience development, stakeholder and community engagement, and locally relevant First Nations initiatives.

The Audience Development Coordinator, Sector Development & Evaluation will focus on evaluating the Audience Development Strategy, creating practical resources, and supporting the development of a best-practice First Nations Audience Development Framework to be shared across the sector.
