I’m pleased to announce one of our new online programs in association with Dr Bob Harlow – “Start Your Day with Bob”.
Each week from 30th April 2020 – 4th June 2020 CircuitWest and Dr Bob will bring you a live presentation with question time. The first five of the presentations will go for 1 hour and be based largely on presentations he gave at Showcase in 2018 (Getting Past “It’s Not for People Like Us”, Building Deeper Relationships and Taking Out the Guesswork) and in 2019 (The Audience Journey and Common Challenges in Building Audiences). The finalSurvey Masterclass is new in 2020 and designed especially for CircuitWest, and will run for 90mins (we strongly recommend the Taking Out the Guesswork webinar as a prerequisite). The presentations on ZOOM will start at 9am and come at no cost to you.
For some of you this will be a refresher and for some you this will be your first experience of the magnificent Dr. Bob
The schedule and links are below.

ABOUT DR BOB HARLOW
“The most impressive thinker in audience development in the world today”
Bob Harlow is changing how performing arts organisations around the USA think about growing, changing and developing new audiences.
An internationally renowned researcher, he has lead the way in audience development in his work for Wallace Studies in Building Arts Audiences. He has demonstrated how research and changing thinking and planning can grow audiences in some of the most niche areas. Even with arts genres thought to be the biggest challenge to fill, Dr Harlow’s work changed the status quo and brought new audiences where they were least expected.
Bob has developed a number of excellent resources for audience building and development and addressing barriers for attendance and through research.
