CircuitWest is seeking an enthusiastic individual to join its tour coordination team. You will be joining an organisation that plays a unique, and often bespoke, service and support role for the Western Australian creative industries, supporting the vibrancy of metro and regional communities across the whole state.

ABOUT THE ROLE
The Tour Coordinator will:
- Support the delivery of CircuitWest’s touring programs
- Support the development of tour funding applications
- Coordinate professional development programs, tours and community engagement projects
- Provide or coordinate opportunities for advice and support for presenters, producers and artists
- Work with the team to support the WA creative industries’ touring goals and aspirations
- Contribute to the design and delivery of WA Showcase and the TechWest Conference
The Tour Coordinator will work closely with the Manager, Touring & Community Engagement and other Tour Coordinators.
This is a part-time role – 0.6 FTE (3 days per week).
SELECTION CRITERIA
Essential Criteria
- Minimum two years’ experience working with or in the performing arts or cultural sectors
- Proven ability to manage projects and problem solve
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Demonstrated ability in writing and editing
- Computer efficiency – MS Office
- A team player who wants to contribute to CircuitWest’s success
Desirable Criteria
- Experience in tour coordination and delivery or community engagement as a producer, performer or other relevant role
- Experience in grant writing and acquitting
- Demonstrated ability to contribute to strategic development discussions
- An arts management degree or equivalent in industry experience
Other Requirements
- WA Police Clearance
- Working with Children Check
- WA Driver’s License (unrestricted)
