The problem that this Report explores and wants to solve is:
How can we, as the WA Live Performing Arts Sector, address the need for improved working conditions (renumeration, hours, training, safety) while actively supporting entry, retention and return into the field (mentoring, training, pathways), to ensure a work culture that is inclusive, vibrant and connected to creativity and community?
