Percussionist, improviser and composer Thea Rossen has built an artistic practice that spans genres and connects audiences around global issues. A graduate of the Australian National Academy of Music, Thea’s workshops, concerts and creative collaborations combine rigorous musicianship with seamless artistic presentation and meaningful community and education outcomes. As director of Ad Lib Collective, she leads the creation of immersive, cross disciplinary works that explore meaningful topics. Her children’s show, Drip Drop Play, ran sold out seasons at Perth's Awesome Arts Festival in 2025 and is currently touring regionally in WA with support from Circuit West and a Playing WA grant.
