HOW TO REGISTER
Early Bird registrations for WA Showcase 2026 will open in June. Registrations are currently closed.
There are a range of registration types available depending on how much you plan to attend and whether you are a CircuitWest member, independent artist, student, or organisation.

Registration types
Registration types include:
Full Event: Tuesday to Friday
Attend all four days of WA Showcase, including the Pinnacle Awards on Tuesday evening.
Half Day: Day 1 or Day 4
Attend only Day 1 (Tuesday) which begins at lunchtime, or Day 4 (Friday) which ends at lunch time. This registration does not include the Pinnacle Awards on Tuesday evening.
Single Day: Day 2 or Day 3
Attend only Day 2 (Wednesday) or Day 3 (Thursday), which run from 9am – 6pm. This registration does not include the Pinnacle Awards on Tuesday evening.
Pinnacle Awards Only
Attend only the Pinnacle Award ceremony and function on Tuesday evening.
Group Registrations
Receive a 25% discount when purchasing registrations for four (4) or more delegates.
Registering as an organisation or independent
Registrations are available for independent artists and students who are unsalaried.
Some ticket types, such as Group registrations, are not available for Independents as these registrations are already heavily discounted.
